1-Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days if in stock. *Made to Order* orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks (although we try to get them out sooner) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed for a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

2-Shipping Rates and Shipping Estimates

The shipping cost for your order will be standard and will be displayed at checkout. We work with Greece Post and at the buyer's request DHL & FEDEX.

3-Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. All our orders are registered, signature required.

4- Customs, Duties and Taxes

My website -iconicbrandsclothing.com- is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).5-

Damages

My Website iconicbrandsclothing.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
